- Access by minors to inappropriate matter on the Internet and World Wide Web is regulated. Filters are on computers located in the children's sections.
- In providing public access on the Internet, the Volusia County Public Library subscribes to and fully supports the principles of intellectual freedom laid out in the American Library Association's Library Bill of Rights and Freedom to Read Statement.
